Cubix, Inc. was founded in 1997 and a lot has changed over the last decade. Our family has grown to over 30 employees and we now serve some of the Orlando area’s largest and most prestigious accounts.

THE CUBIX STORY

• Cubix, Inc., formerly Modular Designs of Orlando, was founded in 1997 as part of a southeast regional chain that extended from Tennessee to Florida. As a partner of the MilliCare network, Cubix represents MilliCare Textile & Carpet Care services regionally.
• In 2004, Rick and Judi DeVane purchased sole ownership of the growing company.
• In early 2007, the SaniGLAZE Tile and Grout Restoration System services were added to the Cubix offering.
• In 2008, Cubix expanded the sales territory of the MilliCare Textile & Carpet Care franchise and began to provide trusted, award-winning service to 21 counties across Central Florida, including the Tampa Bay area.
• In 2009, Cubix further expanded its sales territory to the Greater Jacksonville area. As a network provider of MilliCare Textile & Carpet Care services, Cubix continues to represent MilliCare "clean" to the Greater Jacksonville area.
