Cubix, Inc. was founded in 1997 and a lot has changed over the last decade. The Cubix family has grown to over 30 employees and they now serve some of the Orlando area’s largest and most prestigious accounts.

THE CUBIX STORY

• Cubix, Inc., formerly Modular Designs of Orlando, was founded in 1997 as part of a southeast regional chain that extended from Tennessee to Florida, offering the Millicare brand of carpet and textile maintenance services.
• In 2004, Rick and Judi DeVane purchased sole ownership of the growing company.
• They added the SaniGLAZE Tile and Grout Restoration System services in early 2007.
• In 2008, Cubix expanded the sales territory of their MilliCare Textile & Carpet Care franchise and began to provide their trusted, award-winning service to 21 counties across Central Florida, including the Tampa Bay area.
• In 2009, Cubix joined forces with Modular Designs of Jacksonville to further expand their sales territory and provide MilliCare Textile & Carpet Care services to the Greater Jacksonville area.

2009 IFMA National Award of Excellence for Associate Member:
We were nominated for our active support of the facility management profession as members and sustaining corporate sponsors of the Greater Orlando chapter of IFMA.

MilliCare Textile & Carpet Care Operations Excellence Award:
We received this award for the fourth consecutive year and it is presented to the top 5 MilliCare franchise Operations Managers based on customer complaints, productivity, quality assurance surveys and demonstrated team player qualities.
