Herman Kitshoff, Sales Representative, SaniGLAZE

Herman came to Cubix in 2010, with prior career experience in the international ship owning and operating industry, as well as the automotive retail sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Sciences degree from University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, and a diploma in Customer Service from Harvard Business School, as well as multiple professional awards for excellence in management and sales leadership.

Herman is responsible for the sales and marketing of SaniGLAZE tile and grout restoration products and services within the Greater Orlando area.

Shawn McClure, Sales Representative, SaniGLAZE

Shawn joined the Cubix team in 2011. He has an extensive communications background that includes 5 years as a communication specialist in the US Army and nearly a decade in the wireless industry. He also spent several years as a District Manager overseeing multiple locations in a large geographic area. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and has completed multiple Leadership and Sales Management courses.

Shawn is responsible for the sales and marketing of SaniGLAZE tile and grout restoration products and services within Lake, Polk, Osceola, and Brevard counties.

 

 

Sergio Marin, Operations Manager

Grace Cubarrubia, Director of Sales

Grace has been with Cubix since June of 2001 and is a high honors graduate of the University of Florida. Her experience in sales spans seven years in the office furniture industry and now over ten years in corporate interior textile and floor care services with Cubix, Inc.

Grace is responsible for the goals and direction of the Cubix sales team in four Florida markets. Besides maintaining her own MilliCare client list, she also continues to pursue new strategic clients for the company.

For the past several years, Grace has received awards for outstanding MilliCare Sales in the franchise network. In 2009, she received the IFMA Excellence Award for Associate Member on behalf of Cubix Inc., which was presented at World Workplace in Orlando, FL. She also previously received in 2007, the IFMA Excellence Award in Membership Marketing for Small Chapter. Grace currently serves as a long time Board Member as well as the Membership Chair for the IFMA Orlando Chapter.

Travis Owens, Flooring and Operations Director

Travis has been with Cubix since June of 2003 and is a veteran of the U.S Marine Corps with distinguished service in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield. He has been involved in the commercial flooring industry since 1997.

Travis is responsible for the floor covering solutions products and services, and provides technical resource support to the sales team.

In a previous position with Cubix, Travis was awarded the prestigious MilliCare Operations Award for two consecutive years for a top 5 operations team throughout the MilliCare international franchise network.

Rick & Judi DeVane, Owners

Rick and Judi purchased sole ownership of the company in 2004. Founded in 1997 as Modular Designs of Orlando, the company was part of a regional chain that offered only the MilliCare textile and carpet services. Rick was a partner in the local operation.

The company has grown to more than 30 employees and in 2007, Rick and Judi changed the name to Cubix, Inc. to better reflect the expanded focus of the company and it’s increased emphasis on sustainable, environmentally responsible floor care solutions.
