Process

Porous tile and grout surfaces are not maintainable. Emulsified dirt, urine, mold, and bacteria become embedded in the porous surface with each nightly mopping. "Cleaning" tile and grout lines by mopping have actually intensified your problem.

In an overnight 3-step restoration process, SaniGlaze turns ugly, contaminated tile and grout into a beautiful surface that can be easily maintained using our environmentally-friendly EverGlaze program. SaniGlaze extracts embedded contaminants, bonds the clean grout with a proprietary armor-like polymer material that makes it non-porous, and coats the surface with a proprietary protective coating. View a video demonstration of the SaniGlaze process.

So, how does it work?

Clean Zone

Due to the porous nature of tile and grout, a multitude of grout sealing problems, including contaminants, soil, and germs are absorbed into the surfaces causing foul odors and a dingy, ugly appearance. Regular janitorial maintenance, temporary "quick fixes" or costly tile replacement won't solve the problem for good - but SaniGlaze tile and grout restoration will.

The SaniGlaze Glazing Compound is non-porous and much stronger than grout. It looks and feels like grout, but is not absorptive, does not pit and does not deteriorate. It is more than a grout sealer, just as the SaniGlaze process is more than a grout sealing service. Rather than being cementitious, the SaniGlaze process utilizes an advanced polymer resin-based material. Therefore, SaniGlaze eliminates the unsightly and unhealthy problems cementitious grout lines create. It even prevents microorganisms from invading the surface!

Independent laboratory tests confirm that mold and mildew cannot breed in a SaniGlaze restored floor because its restorative, grout sealing bonding technology creates a non-porous, protective surface that prohibits moisture and contaminant absorption. Our process overcomes all grout sealing problems to give you a total solution!
